LET Access Series

He did at St. Andrews, I'm sure.

Sydney's Belinda Gee had her best career finishing the LET Access Tour, finishing runner-up.

Well done to Belinda.

Locally on the WAPGA front, they're in Kalgoorlie, where Justin Warren had a two-shot win over Daniel Gale for his first win on tour after seven years.

Lee moves up to 16th in the Genesis Points list for the season thanks to this win, while Kewel Romani moves to 18th place.

On the Ladies European Tour Access Series, it was the Terre Blanche Ladies Open held at Golf de Terre Blanche in Tourette's, France.

Winning here was Teresa de Bogdanovic.

Playing in her debut season on the Ladies European Tour Access Series, Teresa de Bogdanovic has gained her maiden win on the Tour and her first professional win.

Her first win came in fantastic fashion with a final round deserving of a title.

Starting the final round in tied ninth, four shots off the lead, Dee Bogdanovic shot a near flawless 66-6 under par, the joint lowest round of the entire weekend, to shoot to the top of the leaderboard and one shot ahead of Australian Belinda Gee in solo second place.

Hi, everyone.

Welcome back to Chasing Par Golf Podcast, where joining me in this episode is this year's Alegria-Steger Bach Ladies Open on the LET Access Series, Hanna Tauber.

Hannah, first of all, how are you? Second of all, this is, uh, this is our second take now because, uh, some connection issues.

Not great, but how are you?

Uh, but so far, I mean, I can't really complain.

I mean, the last two weeks were not that great, but yeah, we'll be working that out, so I can't complain so far.

So there's five events left on the LET Access Series schedule.

Um, and I believe you've been working hard on the gym, working hard on some of... well, working hard on some of your game that maybe needs a little bit of work.

Yeah.

So we'll, we'll, we will probably go into, you know, the victory, um, a, a little bit later on, but, like, right after the victory, y- y- your form has just been, uh, spectacular on the, the LET Access Series.

Um, after, after, after the win you got a third in the other England event, um, eighth in Ireland, fourth in Denmark, and then on your last appearance, seventh in Slovakia.

Yeah.

Yeah, 'cause, um, like, well, well obviously I know that, um, I know that the LET, uh, it is, um, like that, the, the level is higher.

There's, uh, the, like the players there are, are, are, are fantastic.

But, um, I'm just going to, I'm just gonna quickly mention about how, you know, the likes of Kaja Arvonen, uh, Arvonen has, um, has went from, you know, going on the LET Access Series onto the Ladies European Tour, and she's been fantastic.

So, uh, the, yeah, the next time, the next time on the Ladies European Tour, uh, you never know, you could, you could do the same.

Fionn now sits in 15th on the Order of Merit.

And just for those that don't know, the LET Access Tour is the development tour towards the Ladies European Tour.

With the top six at the end of the season getting direct LET status, so they'll play pretty much a full season on the Ladies European Tour.

If you finish outside of the top six, up to 32nd position those players will be exempt into final stage of Q school so Fion sitting at 15th at the moment hopefully she can get a good couple of finishes towards the end of the season and hopefully she can get her full card moving on to the ladies European tour this week the ladies were in Spain at La Sella Golf Club for the La Sella Open Finishing in 27th position was Lydia Hall with scores of 73, 72 and 71.

Winning here was Belle Wardle.

Belle Wardle claimed her first title on the LET Access Tour, finishing on a score of 13 under par and one shot clear of Aeon Yang in second place.

Contrasting fates on the 18th hole for Wardle and Yang ultimately decided the tournament, with Wardle making birdie on the 18th in the second last group of the day and then Yang making bogey on the 18th hole in her final group of the day just behind Wardle.

With the win, Wardle moves into fifth place on the season's order of merit, while Yang moves to 11th place with her second place finish.
