Um, I started with-- When I started, I, um, I could barely walk.

The first-- I did my first workout, like, a couple days after I started, and I could barely get through, like, a 15-minute Leslie Sansone walk.

But I was like, "Nope, we're gonna do it." And, like, we're just gonna a little bit of time and then just get a little bit better each time and started incorporating, so the activity as well and then I have, um, like, my-- like, I've gotten a DEXA scan.

I've, like, got really good muscle mass and everything, so, like, keeping up with strength has...
