How did you get into real estate? How long have you been in real estate? What was the catalyst to your real estate career?

Well, I've been told that you can only say once you get to 20 years, you can only say 20 years.

You don't ever say anything beyond 20 years.

But I actually I mean, my first job in real estate was taping photos into manila folders for my dad when I was a kid because he owned an appraisal company.

And that was I would go into the office with him sometimes and he'd have me taping pictures.

And there was always real estate talk in my in my household.

Never in a million years would I have thought when I was a kid that I was going to be in real estate ever again.

But I guess really what in your mind distinguishes you and why, you know, a homeowner would use you and not someone else?

Uh, so tell me, tell me about, tell me about that a bit and then also your, your current investments.

So we ha- uh, we have, my husband and I have family in France.

Um, a- you know, and which I think is very important and I learned from my, my dad at a young age, invest in, you know, places that you would live, places that you have family, places that you have contacts.

Because somebody's gotta manage that property or keep an eye on it.

So, uh, so we chose to invest in France 'cause we do have resources there.

Um, and we have a, we have a few investment properties.

Um, it's nice to diversify a little bit and, um, we do, we have a great management company that covers them.
