So I listened to my body, kind of treated myself as my own client a little bit, and I can say I, I am healing.

But there were a couple weeks when I was teaching, like, I teach BODYBALANCE if anyone's done BODYBALANCE, and there's a lot of balance in there.

And I would be, like, dying [laughs] because when you're balancing and your ankles are so, like, stressed and tired, like, you can't hold one leg up.
