with that restaurant.

uh just like mixed american it was just like a kind of like a little bit of everything of this like a small town restaurant that you can kind of go get steaks or pasta or sandwich or like whatever um a little bit more elevated um so i never wanted to do it but as a child like growing up it still looked really cool so like i'd always beg my parents like you know, before I was 16 to, you know, go in there and wash dishes or go in there and roll silverware or go in there.
5:00
And like, I had to like beg them because they're like, you can't really do it until you're 16.
5:05
And then finally they were like, you know what? Like I noticed that at the end of the shift, like part of their side duties was rolling silverware and they hated it.
5:14
They just, it was like the end of the night and they all wanted to like go out or like get off work, do whatever.
5:19
And it's 11 p.m. And I would notice that the bus boys would do their side work like they would roll the silverware and they would take it like they would put out a tip jar for like anybody that would they would cover their side work for like whatever 50 rolls 100 rolls of silverware they'd be like here.
5:37
i'll purchase that from you and um i asked my parents if i could do that and i did that like pretty consistently it was like my little side hustle that i enjoyed doing but it was a way for me to grab you know like 15 20 bucks in a night and that was like a lot for me you know under under 10 years old it's like oh wow it's a lot of money um so i always wanted to be in there just because my I think my parents were always in there and always seemed cool.

You can't just go spend less and get a less quality meat because it's not going to taste the same in the restaurant.
