Leon Washington

One of them, I know we've already talked about him on the show, and one of the biggest reasons for that being football runs in his family.

That's four-star running back Noel Washington, where not only is his father a former All-Pro kick returner and very briefly coached by Jed Fish with the Seattle Seahawks, running back Leon Washington, but his stepfather is also Deshaun Foster, former star running back at UCLA, one-time head coach there.

Obviously, that wasn't the same level of success that he had as a player, but that's something where all of their traits at running back have very clearly been passed down to Noel, who's a very talented athlete.

He mentioned that Arnold has been mentored by Leon Washington.

And I covered Leon Washington a long time ago when he was a member of New York Jets.

And Leon, as anybody who has been around him will tell you, is one of the most upstanding people ever.

you know, in the NFL over the last 20, 25 years.

And the Seahawks have multiple teammates of his, multiple college teammates of his on their roster.

They have a relationship with Leon Washington, who was a kicker Turner for them, kicker Turner for the jets, who his son is actually Terry and Arnold half brother.

They talked directly to Nick Saban.

They talked directly to Brad Holmes, the lion's GM.
