Leo Pulalasi

[laughs] Uh, tall- taller s- you know, skinny guys that can, that can k- kick in the NFL.

Runner-up for Coug of the Week this week was Leo Pulalasi, of course.

54-yard touchdown run, the longest of his career.

WC's only touchdown this game.

Utah S- or Washington State dominated the clock early.

They built a 16 to 3 lead by halftime behind three Jack Stevens field goals, including a 50-yarder, plus a 54-yard Leo Pulalasi touchdown run after a Pennick sack that made it fourth and 26 from the Washington State 31.

But an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, it was, uh, I can't remember if it was a, a defensive back or a, a safety, like, pushed somebody in the back.

Uh, it gave Washington State a new set of downs.

Um, I was actually at the game against Fresno State.

We were on the sideline, and it was, uh, third and forever, and he rolled out of the pocket and he had a, he had a guy maybe, I think it was Leo Pulalasi, probably fif- 10, 10 yards in front of him, and maybe it would've been a gain of five yards 'cause he was five yards behind the li- the line of scrimmage.

Held onto it.

Held onto it, took the sack, and boom, now it's fourth and, and plus another five or six yards, whatever they lost.
