6:49
Yeah.
6:49
It's not something that I will lose instantly or whatever.
6:52
So because at the beginning I felt so lucky, you know, to have some clients coming, to have some, uh, good work, some money coming in and everything, that I was like, "I, I need to rush into that.
7:00
I need to do as much as possible because that's the momentum that I need to keep," you know? So that was the first thing that led me to kind of overwork.
7:08
Not really overworking, but kinda.
7:10
Um, and after, what get me lucky is that on one side I was really good for delegating to the team, so I hired a good team, and most of the time I've been surpris- surprised by the quality of my guy, you know? I was more like, "Oh, that's really good.
7:23
The guy is better than what I was expecting, and he's doing such an incredible work." So, uh, the good thing is that I was able to delegate a lot of the stuff of the client work directly to my team, and they were be doing that like really, you know, properly and in a good way.
9:57
Mm-hmm.
17:29
How should they think about maybe adapting or shifting their growth strategy as they're kind of being shifted towards your discovery on the search engines for AI? Is it their content? Are they writing content similarly? Because previously you're writing, let's say, a 2000 word blog article and you're just trying to rank for certain keywords or helping think through how to make that shift.
17:50
Yeah, so I think the first thing is that what used to be SEO have a really big lap with, you know, GEO that was being about.
17:58
So generally, overall, if you're really rocking it in SEO, you generally like really kind of great results in GEO as well.
18:05
So that's first, you know, all the stuff that you have done in the past and all the strategy that you had was not wasted.
18:11
And it's something that you can keep doing and it's not waste of time.
18:14
However, if you want to optimize stuff a little bit better, you know, a little bit more, I will give you a few advice.
18:21
First advice is that it's better to not focus too much on the, you know, informational content that you yourself, you will search on GPT or type of stuff that, you know, people will not search anymore.

5 MINS LATER

23:35
Now, in AI first, internet, GEO, What does trust and building authority actually look like? And what do the link building strategies look like there?
15:04
How do you go about actually, I guess, getting that competitor data? What kind of metrics, what kind of standards, benchmarks, all that kind of stuff are you actually doing when it comes to that competitor research for AI search?
15:16
Yeah, generally what I do is that I don't even start with the competition checker.
15:21
Generally, I just start with what I want to sell with my AI.
15:23
So typically, I will give you the example of me with my agency.
15:27
What I want to sell is like geo optimization, like optimization for LLM, for AI and everything, optimization for SEO, providing content to companies and everything.
15:35
So I have like three, four angles that I will try to work on.
15:38
And what I will do with these angles is that I will ask an AI, what is the best provider for XYZ? You know, what is the best franchisee agency on the market? What is the best content provider on the market? It's a truffle, you know.

15 MINS LATER

30:22
What are some of those things that you've tried and tested that you're finding are actually consistently getting results? And have there been any surprises from that sort of thing as well?
2:36
Is there a particular format that works best in 2026?
2:39
Yeah.
2:40
So definitely there is format.
2:41
The format like improve years after years, and I've been doing affiliate marketing for a while, you know? So, uh, the top 10 XYZ was my business for a while, and so I improved my way of doing listicle with that.
2:54
What happen now, which is really important in my opinion, is that the first part is generally two possibilities, but, or a table, a comparing table with like, uh, you know, three or four, five column with different stuff that the people will use to compare the different solution and, uh, ordered list.
3:10
So typically, generally I go for top 10 because ChatGPT love the top 10 or top five or top seven or whatever.
3:15
And the order list, uh, generally you, you use order because you want ChatGPT to feel that there is an order in this list exactly, and this is top 10, not a list of 10 good solution, but like really one is best, is better than the others.

What do you mean by that?
