Lemon Hill

And so where I was 2016, 20- I was, we moved here in 2012, so I saw it, probably didn't see it 2012, but 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

And I was drinking beer on Lemon Hill with, with everybody else, watching the race, and truly not understanding, like, quite the level.

Someone was like, "Oh, this is like going to Kona.

And, like, it's a world championship kind of, kind of race.

Like, there's not very many in America, and it's all the best people from all over the US and over in Europe coming to race.

And they get to, it's real short, but it's enough time to drink a couple beers.

We should go to Lemon Hill." And I was like, "This sounds great." So, I remember sitting there at some of the bike shops, drinking out of kegs, watching them come up, thinking I was watching the world championships.

So it was pretty cool.

I haven't talked with him yet, and he's been the best in the country on what the heck went on over on Chew Avenue with the House of Horrors there.

And did they just bypass doing too much during Lemon Hill, the soccer? They didn't want to take some of the sheen off that.

We'll get to all that.

But...

In the news, though, the good news here in Philadelphia, seven million dollars plus to make it even more.

Of a paradise, of a utopia, Lemon Hill.

Here we go.

All right.

Inquire, big spread today.

Lemon Hill getting $7 million to put in all these things that sound great.

The problem over there with things that you put in in the park, if they're unguarded, have a way of not being so good over the course of time.

And yes, there is a Lemon Hill neighborhood.

but same stuff.

Or Lemon Hill.

[laughs]

Or, oh, Lemon Hill.

I love Lemon Hill.

The real estate a- Oh, Lemon Hill, the housing.

We, we gotta get a Lemon Hill real estate agent on.

I wonder if there is housing there.

When the author was the gardener to the late Henry Pratt, Esq.

of Lemon Hill near this city, he cut cucumbers in February and had them for the table regularly until they could be obtained from the open ground.

Cucumbers can also be cultivated under hand glasses.

Dig out a pit early in April, 18 inches deep and wide, fill it with warm manure and cover with 6 to 8 inches of rich light soil in which sow the seed.
