We had to basically build it from the inside out, as so many people do on homes in tougher climates where everything tends to kind of reach the end of its lifespan a bit sooner than anticipated.

And before Pella came into the picture, I had used Pella on a big remodel out in Leapers Fork in Franklin and had a great experience working with them, beautiful end result.

But in my own home, there were several people who had had windows replaced and that contractor came over and he walked in the door and And he said, well, no one really cares about windows.
