Well, I think I would have to say that some of it might be nature and a lot of it is nurture, likely through my communication studies.

So as I was learning about communication, you know, I took classes and studied nonverbal communication and then taught that for a while and listening and perception and all of the pieces that go into, you know, when we think about communicating, most people think about words.

Most of the time communication gets blamed, right? Oh, we have a failure to communicate.
