Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust

And together they hatched a plan.

And they had the support of the local wildlife trust at Leicester and Rutland Wildlife Trust, who Tim worked for.

But also, crucially, the water company Anglian Water, who owned...

the reservoir and who were interested in actually funding the project which is what what happened so they had to go through as you won't be surprised to hear a lot of bureaucracy and a lot of naysayers there were many people who said you should be spending your money on something more important ospreys yes they're rare in this country but they're doing well elsewhere But Tim and Roy are not the kind of people to listen to that external noise.
