And as I said in the beginning, I do rate it on those four main criteria, the playability, the displayability, the build experience, and the overall value.

When we come to playability, I think this is a good time to talk about, you know, not only is it a car, a vehicle with working tires that rotate and everything, but also you have one of its rear axles that is connected with Technic pieces to the fire that is coming out the engine out the back.

So when you are, you know, rocking this bad boy down your table or down the road or whatnot, the fire in the back actually spins.

And you don't get to see that with a lot of sets.

And then in terms of playability, obviously it's a car.

The tires are connected, you got a whole drive train in there, goes up to your steering column so you actually can rotate the steering wheel and you can steer this car.

Obviously, it's not like a Technic vehicle with a lot of steering function, but it is some playability, which is really, really nice.

Luigi, obviously, just like Mario did, comes out of his vehicle.

I, you know, moving on.

Well, I tell you what I am excited for is LEGO Technic.

And that's not something I say very often.

Long ago, in a world far away, there was a mock that I absolutely loved.

put them together and you'd make robotic.

That was like Technic.

They look cool.

They look like

Technic Lego.

Yeah.

of the one of the things that I love, you know, and maybe this is just me as a parent, too, is when we were being shown how the specific inertia wheels in the Monday work, it was demonstrated to us using a much larger, obviously not to scale a version of that that was made in what looked like Lego Technics.

Yeah, it

was Lego Technics.

Which is awesome.

Yeah.

The bad part about that build was that it was repetitive, but it used a lot of technique.

So when it got time for the interior, the interior wasn't as fun to build as you would have compared it to the Titanic, which is more brick built than Lego Technic built.

Technic being it's a stronger element, meaning that it could hold it together.

But with the Lego Titanic...

I could see saying this looks great when it's done.

This Technic build looks nice, right? It's the end result.

But to love it during it.

Somebody in here, tell me.

Oh, new Technic is not great, but old school Technic is fantastic.

What would be an example of that, BF Bricks? What's an old school Technic set that I should have my mind changed over? Marcy, your daughter loves Technic? Wow.

She must be very

Always watch your Lego store to see what is coming.

There's a rumor that Lego is doing Pokemon blind boxes, and that is kind of what we already have, I guess, for like Technic, the Super Mario buildable figures, and then our collectible minifigure series.

This one's a little different.

They're going to cost $13 and be available on March 1st of next year.

but there's also adult Lego with the Technics, uh-

Um, when they put together a Lego, uh, that's put together with, uh, Lego Technic, Lego, and Duplo all, all together, [chuckles] um, that's exactly, that's exactly what, what, what the, what the back office looks like, right? Um, it was never meant to be one system.

They're all bought at different times by different people to solve different problems.
