Legitimate military target

Hold on.

What do we think? Because I don't know if people know what indiscriminate means, right? Like if I've got 10 targets, five military, five civilian, and I only bomb the five military targets, I'm discriminately attacking.

I'm discriminating between friend and, well, not friend and foe, between valid military target and not valid military target.

But if I'm just bombing anything randomly, I would expect if there's 10 targets and I bomb randomly that I've got a 50% chance of hitting a military or civilian.
