Legend Smiley

Josiah Lake, they got to return.

Legend Smiley from San Francisco.

Deshaun Gorey from Fresno State.

Zavian Staten, who I loved coming out of high school with the BYU last year, who maybe has more in him.

year.

All right, coming up, another pretty good player, Legend Smiley, the coolest name on the team, I would say.

Yes, and there's a couple cool names.

Transfer from San Francisco.

Yeah.

That that's a, that's a job for a walk on that really wants to prove running the Yavi and keep him.

But we got a chance to see him at, at a, at a recruit event because, or we also saw legend legend smiley was at that too.

And he, I think he's two years older than him and legend made like, eight threes in a row.

They know they probably can't dominate above the rim offensively quite yet, but defensively they have the tools maybe to, to instruct that and get there by the end of the year.

Obviously, with Freitag and Lake in that backcourt and the guys like Legend Smiley, DeShaun Goree, and Jackson Rasmussen, who can all really put the ball in the hole, um, this team's got a huge, huge upside potential.

Yep, I'm right there with you.

I really do like this Oregon State team.

I think there's only one that's bigger and we'll get to that team a little bit later.

But to keep Lake, but then to also bring in, you know, Deshaun Gorey from Fresno State and Daniel Freetag coming over from Buffalo and the two big men, Zabion Staten and Dennis Evans from BYU and Grand Canyon, Legend Smiley from San Francisco.

Like this is a team that brought in a ton of of transfer portal talent to join this program around josiah lake i think it's easy to see how the pieces fit together on paper but the big question we have never seen justin joiner be a head coach we have also never seen a i mean a coach who has this level of newcomers on the roster i mean it's going to have probably four new starters from last year's team you know nobody who's really ever played together And I think that that is a really difficult thing to navigate for a first-year head coach in a new conference.

So I think this team's going to be good.

Yeah.

Josiah Lake might not get the preseason all pack 12, but I'll tell you who gets, who deserves the preseason all name award for the pack 12.

That's legend Smiley.

I mean, how could you not be excited for a team, but a guy like legend Smiley on your squad.
