And it's so fundamental to your approach.

So in this planning process, we have a four-step process.

The first starts with digging.

Second is, is doing this timeline, and in the timeline, we want you to write a sticky note down for anything you c- that crosses your mind that you might wanna do.

So, like, one of the ones that's up here now is take a Spanish classI've had that on a sticky note for 20 years probably.

And you know what I'm finally doing this year? I'm taking the Spanish class.

We save some of the sticky notes that we don't accomplish or that we decided we don't wanna do anymore.

You know, interestingly, the experience I had last year with my classmates at Stanford, now they're to- we come together at the beginning of the year as total strangers, but that had that same benefit.
