Today is such an exciting episode of The Money Sessions.

We are bringing someone from behind the scenes, one of our Lean In Make Bank community members, Yeshua Stewart, our student success manager.

We are bringing her right in front of the scenes to talk with you about what is happening in the Lean In Make Bank Academy.

Who are our therapists? What kind of changes are they making? What is her story? How did she come to be working for Lean and Make Bank? How did she come to be the student success manager? And how is she thinking about and holding the students in our program? We're talking about the good, the bad, the ugly, what works, what doesn't when therapists are trying to go for their life first fees and designing a practice that is actually sustainable for them? How do we step in when someone is not making progress in the LIM Academy? Who are the types of people who excel? What differentiates the therapists who do not do the work of LIM and the therapists who do the work of LIM? What is their mindset? What are their strategic, their ways to approach strategy? How do they show up in the community and ask for help? And then what are we doing in the LIM team to ensure our students have success when you all come to work with us? We'll also give you a little tea about the behind the scenes world of the Lean and Make Bank community, what it's like to work on this team and what we're planning, what's happening in the rest of this year and into 2027.
