I worked there for 15 years and really got to apply it with different companies outside of industrial space and it was real great because i learned how to do this more in healthcare and hospitals as well we had long-standing agreements with different health systems and then retail um you know other other environments and then Jim Morgan, who I got to know professionally, he started up around 2015, 2016, a specialized team within LEI focused on product and process development.

So we called it the LPBD team, Lean Product and Process Development.
