Right, back to stablecoins.

Last month, Circle named the founding validators for ARK, its own Layer 1 blockchain with public mainnets scheduled for the 16th of September this year.

Eleven institutions were named, but to save you some time, I won't go through the entire list, because three of them tell you everything you need to know.
