There is a lot of talk about digital literacy skills that our students need.

And so a few years ago, the university also decided that we should come up with a common definition, which now exists.

Basically, I think the gist of the definition is that it's the connection between practical skills, like knowing how to use technology, but knowing how to use technology doesn't just mean knowing which button you should push to make something happen, but also essentially understanding what's behind it.
