In what ways do you think you grew the most in that process?
6:31
You know, I was really excited by the fact that our cohort was pretty diverse, especially in terms of professional experience.
6:39
And I've done some things with my industry, which I think has value and importance in its own way.
6:43
But to come to a group with a lot of different perspectives, was really valuable and encouraging me to continue to pursue that after 10 for 12.
6:52
So if I'm up against a particularly unique challenge or stepping into a new role like motherhood, which is new for me, finding a group of folks that may not always be the obvious, the go-to group to provide some insights, that has been hugely valuable, especially professionally, to be honest.
7:10
If we're grappling with something at the museum that's related to our facilities, I'm going to find a friend in the construction industry who will help me look at it and think through maybe what the solution might be differently.
7:20
And I found so much value in that cohort model and our group in particular being kind of from across the spectrum of industries in the upstate.
