And I- You know, everyone can agree and has agreed on this podcast that we've opened up the conversation in a new way.

So I actually, um, am very unconcerned with how those, uh, secret back conversations are carrying on g- and sallying forth, because I recently had a conversation, um, with Laurel Thatcher Ulrich, um, and she said, you know, it's actually the, the, the case in the last 30 years is that the church for women and gender inequality in the church has increased, and women are less visible than they were, um, you know, in, in the 1960s and 1970s, and women have less autonomy.

And so I'm just not sure what the benefit of those, those, um, efforts have been.

In my opinion, the church, um, and the women's position in the church has, um, s- has taken a slide back in a lot of ways.
