Once again with your hosts Bernhard Guenther and my wife Laura Matsue.

And today is a very, very important topic once again for the times we're in.

A topic I've also been researching for almost over two decades and written some articles about it in the past.

He's founder of piercing the veil of reality, a platform dedicated to guiding sincere seekers through the labyrinth of personal and collective transformation.

He also co-hosts the Cosmic Matrix podcast with his wife, Laura Matsu, where they explore embodiment, spiritual warfare, psycho-spiritual work, esoteric wisdom, and the challenges of navigating our times with discernment and inner alignment.

I just want to say before we get started here that both Laura and Bernhard are just awesome people.

They really walk the walk of everything that they teach, and much of their work is born from them actually having to go through it and live it as well so they have that passion and they have that lived experience.

It just makes you more neurotic.

So it needs to happen to work on the other levels.

And what I've noticed in myself my own sexual energy became more regulated more healthy expression within myself as well and my wife the more i had a holistic approach of just working on my inner child stuff my psychology because a lot of trauma responses can result into for example being addicted to porn and masturbation it's like a trauma response to avoid feeling certain feelings right so working on that level right having your physical health together having a spiritual practice in aspiration to the divine right being creative that's why nowadays when you mentioned this sexual addiction i think so many people are stuck there for the reasons i mentioned before because of the exposure hyper sexualization and and all of this but also people become more and more consumers and don't create anymore.

So what I've noticed, the more I'm creatively engaged and whatever, it doesn't mean the classical arts that you have to make music or paint a painting or whatever, but just be creative in your life.

I wanna do this and that." I didn't think about making money with this in my, until my 40s.

Like after I was already 20 years into that, right, and had still my body work practice and all, and it all came natural, right? Um, and now all of a sudden, you know, and then I met my wife.

We have started doing this work together, and we started doing courses, our podcast.

So it all happened organically, naturally, but I didn't, quote-unquote, consciously plan on it.

But it's not always like this, right? It's even...

Remember even Sri Aurobindo talked about once you become an instrument for the divine, you don't even have an attachment to the work.

It's more the consciousness you bring into it, and it can change at any time, right? I might be like with my wife.
