Laughlin

Yep.

So I w- I wound up y- being given an opportunity to move to Laughlin, Nevada, which is 70 miles south of Las Vegas, and there was a dormant casino that the owners were trying to save their licensing rights, that grandfathered rights to the property, and they had to be licensed by the end of the year, and it was September.

Oh, wow.

Their, their attorney, who was atto- my attorney at one time, approached me, uh, and my late sister and said, "Well, you know, y- you've both been licensed so many times in Nevada.

So, you know, I, I didn't have many doll- many dollars in my name at the time after the divorce.

Right.

I was liv- I was living in a $15-a-night motel in Laughlin.

Oh, my God.

And then about six or so, I was an executive upstairs.

I went to Laughlin for a short period to help that golden nugget in Laughlin.

Then I finished at the top.

After that, you know, we got bought out by MGM.

What led you down this particular path?

I guess to say the next two or three jobs.

I mean, the next job came, you know, was going to the Flamingo Hilton in Laughlin and changing it, working for the Stratosphere Corp.

And changing, they had purchased it and changing it over to the Aquarius.

So outside of that event, probably looking at next year for the Clarity Act.

He says, I still need to move my LLC from Laughlin.

Well, come on over, man.

What are you waiting on? He says, a minor financial setup slump.

Um, but the running of the day to day and the operations and all of that, you know, we've, we've put a full management team in place.

Um, it's, it's, it runs independent and I have some say so as the chairman, but it's really on big decisions and vision at this point.

So, but I think there might be a chance for you if, if you were to ask nicely and let them know the position that you're in there, there may be a way that they can help you out and anybody else that's also still with Laughlin and you want to move your stuff over.

I think that they would.

It's part of historic Route 66.

You come into this little town, Oatman, Arizona, and I visited it a lot as a young man and as a young adult when we would go into Laughlin or go to the Colorado River.

We always took a few hours trip into Oatman to go see the burros and hang out.

And it's what you could imagine a town like that would be.

And so that's a neat thing to go see as well.

But no doubt about it, the absolute easiest place to see them is in Oatman.

So if you're going to go there, you're going to want to stay, maybe stay in Laughlin on the Colorado River, which is a great place to stay.

You can stay in Page, Arizona.

I love the Truggy.

They used to have their personal own trucks that was different than everyone else, and they'd be coming over the Laughlin Highway, leap all sideways, and... throwing down and shredding and

if and if there was a truck that i could pick i would pick that one nine truck anyways it's not even though it wasn't my decision i mean i was thrilled with it i think they look very cool and i wanted to be associated with the herps i've been a huge fan and and they're proven look at harley harley was gnarly in that thing so i mean it was just like it was best Christmas present ever or whatever.

I didn't bicycle it.

I mean, I just blew a couple corners, but nothing catastrophic or on the verge of flying off a cliff or something.

So just coming off of that, and then we have Laughlin coming up, and we have the championship on our minds, obviously, but Kyle is 14 points above us, so...
