And it's interesting you mentioned Laszlo Bock because I just saw his announcement that he's come out with this recruitment platform for high volume candidates.

So it'll be interesting if some of those statistics prove out, right? Like if his AI, I'm sure, you know, complemented by humans in very important ways.

But if that outperforms, you know, the standard high volume tech recruitment of the past.

when all he did was a simple Google Sheets correlation, he realized not only was there no positive correlation, there was a negative correlation.

They don't push back.

I think HR organizations, and of course, there's a wide variation depending upon whether you're talking about your former HR leader, Laszlo Bock, or the typical HR person.

I think many of them are overly concerned with keeping their bosses happy and their They lack courage and they lack the courage to say to the boss, when the boss is going to do something wrong, that's wrong.
