Lasallian educational institutions

Manolito Haldon Jr. is an oblate of Mount Angel Abbey and earned his Doctor of Ministry from Mount Angel Seminary.

He's also the director of the Lasallian Student Life Office at Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento, California, where he helps teens prepare for retreats and liturgies throughout the year.

Everything has order.

Things are beautiful because I'm going to be here for a very, very long time.

So things are durable, right? And so I think it's that Lasallian idea.

We are always in the holy presence of God.

And then the, you know, the natural transgression from Sacred Heart into St. Mary's was also there.

You know, a lot of kids, whether it's rugby or not, go from, you know, Lasallian Vincentian school to a Lasallian Vincentian school.

And, you know, they had a scholarship offer that I remember my dad told Tim, he said, yeah, We're going to need a little bit more money.

And if not, like he's either going to be playing for you or against you.

She did go on to college.

She actually then... was a Lasallian volunteer at a middle school in St. Louis for a year, came home, studied for the LSATs, went on to law school in Florida at St. Thomas University School of Law.

She graduated two years ago.

She just took the bar a couple weeks ago.
