How did that come to fruition?

It happened because I had a, I had tracks to run on that worked.

First of all, I've got to, you know, people are looking for like, you know, I want to get big, get in the right industry, you know, get yourself in an industry, get yourself in a market that has unlimited potential.

And we've had exponential growth since 77, I guess, where we went independent.

And we're still like 1% or 2% of the market.

Because our market is middle-income families.

And families are always being formed and breaking up.

How do you like spending your time these days? What's a normal day for you?

What is the difference between the ones who are looking for a whole life and ones that just want to be good in one area?

It's not so much balance.

You know, you hear this about marriage.

You know, we're going to get married and we're going to each going to put 50-50.

No, you idiots.

It's got to be 100%, 100%.

You know what I'm saying? It's just like asking, you know, they say, are you going to have quality time or quantity time with your kids? Both, you know.

Larry, what's your challenge for everyone today?

I love what I'm learning from Larry, to being capable of translating that and leading others by, they have the will, right? Do they have the skill? How do we do that?

I call that beyond mastermind.

And the idea that mastermind is kind of the pinnacle of hearing ideas.

Uh, you know, you hear ideas and tapes and talks and go to events and all of that's great.

People on stage is killing themselves to, you know, pass something on to, they'd love for you to get these ideas.

That's why they're up there.

You know, they have a passion, but it is basically that one time exposure is just kind of like, uh, It's entertainment, let's face it, because what happens is that that was interesting.

Well, you start to think about winning.

The reason I wrote the book, when I started, uh, what triggered that particular direction was the fellow who founded our company, a guy named Art Williams, I don't know if you've ever heard of Art Williams.

But he used to say, "The world is full of people who almost do things, and we need more people who do things." And that was kind of the trigger that got me going.

So I asked myself, and it's like, what's the difference between everybody wants to do something great.

Rarely does anyone do that, but the ones who do, rarely do they repeat.
