Both are in critical condition.

But first, she had her lawyer give the records to a man named Dan Moldea, an investigative journalist in the employ of Hustler founder and CEO, Larry Flynt.

This website that Deborah set up to expose the client list is no longer active, but is now run by her civil lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley.

However, to this day, there is no record that indicates that Deborah's phone records ever went public or were released to the public.

Britton had committed suicide before testifying in Deborah's upcoming trial, which also led some to believe that she was also murdered in order to silence information about the prostitution clients in the Washington, D.C. area.

However, Deborah had said something chilling to a reporter before she was found dead.

She told investigative journalist Moldea, who was linked to Hustler and Larry Flynt, quote, "I'm not going back to jail.

I'll kill myself first.

Uh, but it actually does, because my dad happened to be good friends with Larry Flynt.

And he, along with Hugh Hefner, were, uh, you know, the two largest pornographers in the world for a long time.

And so my dad, uh, just happened to become friends with Larry Flynt, which is i- in itself is a weird story.

This seems like it's gonna become, uh, uh, successful.

And I thought about the famous cases in the United States, right? That is the KKK.

That is Larry Flint.

That is any number of forms of neo-Nazi speech, right? And I think about why it is that we can easily say that whatever else is true about those forms of speech, they're not fearless.

These are not people who are taking a burden of speech upon themselves and actually taking a risk that they will be hurt by the people in power because they're reinforcing power.
