But, uh, yeah, so y- I'm on the boat, and it's such a short trip, like, from, you know, uh, Cairnryan to Larne.

And so I did what I usually do when I'm on a boat, is I just stand there, and I look at land, and I keep going, keep looking at how far the land away is.

And I go, "Yeah, I could probably swim from here."

The Minister said that apart from the major supply areas, which rely upon small and localised underground sources of supply, could face difficulties at comparatively short notice, as had indeed already happened in places such as Stewartstown, Glenarm and Carnlock.

The major reservoirs already subjected to restrictions or which are giving cause for concern are Sinel Valley, Ben Crom, which supply South and East Belfast, County Down, which has 36 days supply, Stonyford, Leithamstown, South West Belfast, Lisburn, Dunmurray, with 54, Loch Cowie, Lower Ards Peninsula, with 52, Spelga, Mid and South Down, 58, and Killie Lane, Dungonnell, Queely, Mid Antrim, including Ballymina and Larne, with 54 days supply.

So the Coleraine Campus 5K, which also doubled as the NI and Ulster 5K Road Championships, the Storming the Castle 10K in Carrickfergus, and then the Antrim Coast Half Marathon in Larne.

Part two takes us to Europe, though, to Zurich and the Weltklasse Diamond League, where local runner and friend of the podcast, Stephen Connolly, was deputised by the back straight and got a track side and behind the scenes look at one of Europe's top meetings.

And he's going to tell us all about it.

Well done to everyone who ran up there.

And, you know, obviously that was quite a big race for the local runners, but I guess the big show that day was a little bit further up the coast from Carrick Fergus in Larne.

Um, and that race was the Antrim coast half marathon, which I think, you know, it's inarguably that one of the faster half marathons in the world and definitely the fastest, um, on the sort of aisle of, uh, islands.
