My perspective has always been first, it really does go back to connection.

First, understanding why did they get in this business? It always comes back to the why, right? If sales are down- within their store, group of stores, whatever the case may be, and you see a lack of motivation at this point, it's not on you to, it is on you to point that out, but not directly.

And creating that opportunity through coaching and connection by understanding, number one, going back to their why, going back to, okay, let's reset.
