And I've gotten some anecdotal evidence on this.

But tender rejections are now moving back up.

I mean, we're back above 10% Laredo.

Through Texas Farm Bureau's Farmers Feeding Families Program, Demick County Farm Bureau has helped provide about $50,000 worth of cantaloupes to food banks across Texas this year.

The effort builds on a decades-long partnership with the South Texas Food Bank in Laredo.

During the cantaloupe season, Dixondale Farms donates smaller fruit that may not meet the size preferences of grocery store chains, but is still high-quality, grade-A produce.

The food bank covers the cost of packaging and freight, while Dixondale Farms and Dimmick County Farm Bureau provides the cantaloupes.

Bruce Frazier, Dimmock County Farm Bureau Vice President and Dixondale Farms President, says we partner with them every year.

The cantaloupes are distributed through food pantries across South Texas and to food banks in other parts of the state, including Amarillo and Odessa.

The South Texas Food Bank serves communities from Del Rio to Laredo and throughout the Winter Garden region.

Food banks typically pick up the cantaloupes once a week during the growing season, helping fresh produce reach families throughout the season rather than through a one-time donation.

So I could have done it many, many, many times in Pittsburgh.

William could have done it in – what's your diocese? Laredo.

He could have done it in Laredo.

So we have two basic choices.

But when I did the research on this, basically the only thing it's practically used for now is catechetical texts.

But on the other hand, things keep moving across the borders.

Here in Laredo, the trucks never stop.

We have a big, you know, flyover.

What do they call those? You know, those big intersections of freeways.

We just don't have the workforce.
