Larak Island

Iran was allegedly preparing to use Fajr-5 rockets to seed the Strait of Hormuz with naval mines.

Therefore, CENTCOM had to destroy the military installations on Larak Island.

That is the casus belli.

That is the stated reason for going to war.

But here is what I want you to actually understand.

And this is the part nobody on television is talking about.

The question is not simply, was this a pretext? The question is, what was the real strategic objective of the Larak Island strike? Okay, guys, this is the thing the mainstream press is missing entirely.

Larak Island sits at the choke point of the Strait of Hormuz, directly facing the port of Bandar Abbas.

So why is this happening this week? According to the Associated Press and Al Jazeera, a U.S.

strike on Iran's Larek Island on August 30th ended a month-long lull in direct fighting.

Iran has since launched missiles and drones at U.S. bases across Kuwait, the UAE, and Jordan, according to Sky News reporting.

And Trump has publicly floated the idea of seizing Karg Island, the terminal that handles, according to Britannica and the American Enterprise Institute, roughly 96% of Iran's oil exports.

Okay, what's next?

And, and elsewhere, US officials said American forces struck two Iranian launchers on Larak Island on August 30th.

The launchers were being prepared for mine laying operations that could have threatened ships in the Strait of Hormuz, which is obviously a key route for global oil and gas flows that we just talked about.

US Central Command described the strike as a, quote, "limited precise action," unquote, taken to counter an immediate threat from Iran's Revolutionary Guard units operating near the choke point.

We framed the mission as defensive and focused on preventing danger to shipping.

The strike location matters.

Larak Island sits near the narrowest part of the Strait of Hormuz.

Hormuz.But, you know, clearly the people running this know what they're doing, and they've got a goal.

So how concerned is the White House about the Iran cloud weighing over this midterm convention? And it's spilling into people's minds as they go to the election booth.

yes there's a lot of a lot of stuff going on next week i know we have uh charlie kirk's memorial 9 11's next week president trump's headed to ireland and we have the rnc so yes a lot uh going on especially at the white house but of course let's talk about the war the fighting is now centered around one of the world's most important shipping routes the straightforward moves and i wouldn't be surprised if president trump starts to call it the Strait of America, but the U.S. has launched fresh strikes on Lark Island near the Strait after Iran, you know, threatened commercial shipping.

So President Trump is not messing around.

He even wrote on Truth Social that he warned if Iran retaliates, it will be much, they are going to hit them much harder.

So the United States and Iran exchanged attacks on August 30th.

American forces struck two Iranian launchers on Larak or Larak Island.

The spelling for that is L-A-R-A-K.

After apparently allegedly observing Iranian forces preparing rockets and like carrying like preparing rockets that were carrying sea mines for deployment into the Strait of Hormuz.
