Landscape Architect

Um, and I was looking for somebody to help with the nuts and bolts of it all.

So, um, I told her in a nicer way than I just said here what happened with the black background website, Landscape Architects.

And we realized, well, maybe we don't need a landscape architect anymore.

Maybe a landscape designer at a landscaping design build firm would be fine.

All right, welcome back to Rooted in Innovation, where we talk with the people building what's next in the landscaping industry.

Today, we're joined by Jake Lott from LandFX, a CAD plugin built specifically for landscape architects.

Jake grew up in a landscaping family.

He studied landscape architecture at Utah State and has now spent over 11 years at LandFX.

You're a designer.

You use CAD.

This is the design tool made for landscape architects.

So it's...

And that's why we are so excited about our guests today.

Joining us are Lynn Godek, Landscape Architect One with DOT's Office of Environment and Landscape Architecture Bureau.

And Karen Lorff, Landscape Architect II with the Department's Office of Policy, Planning, and Performance.

Welcome, Lynn and Karen.

Thanks,
