In the sense that there are a lot of land mass, we have quite, uh, or, you know, yet to be explored land mass in Nigeria, for example, that are even at the moment it's not that expensive-

And in few years from now, which is the concept of land banking, few years from now you can get to either flip or develop and rent or use it for whatever means you want to use it for, and then you get to have your returns on your capital-
