Was there a moment that you realized that you were sacrificing health for wealth? Was there a trade? Was there a moment? Was there something? I would love to hear this too.
42:26
So I don't think there was any specific moment, but I think the more... older I got, the more self-aware of the damage I was doing from a sleep perspective, from a sedentary perspective, because I love health and longevity.
42:41
I love learning about it.
42:42
And I think as someone that finds life to be enjoyable and that being alive is better than not, you, of course, want to maximize that.
42:51
And so you start to realize sleep, like especially the book Why We Sleep, which is like the bio of sleep books, came out in probably like 2017 or 18 or so.
43:02
And then I got my aura ring right around that time.
43:04
And I started just become more aware of the importance of health and sleep and how bad drinking is, how bad drugs are, how bad being sedentary and high levels of stress.

So, Lance, with your new paradigm, what is wealth to you then?
7:26
What are you... indicator could i use could i use like a like a moving average could i use like a breakout uh what what's super super simple that anyone can get their head around what indicator could i use to know okay now's the time when i should add to my position after this kind of consolidation and test of the 4 000 support level
7:50
Yep.
7:51
So one of the most basic tenets of technical analysis is support and resistance.
7:57
Exactly what you're touching on.
7:58
And so what that is for people that aren't familiar is a stock or a commodity, anything could can end up in a price range.
8:06
And so the bottom of that price range is support and the top of that price range is resistance.
8:12
And so the thought process is, is that in general, if we go down towards support, for the most part, by just basic default rules, you want to buy closer to support and sell closer to resistance because we're in that range going up, down, up, down, up, down.

30:22
So we understand sentiment, but then how do you take it the next step? So from there, do you wait, do you look at the, like a daily or what do you look at to determine the exact point when you want to add to that position?
14:29
Sure.
14:29
And so with Bitcoin, which I'll just use the, the futures as a, uh, as a proxy, what we're gonna see is that pretty much for a while now, my argument was that sentiment on Bitcoin was changing.
14:46
Because all throughout most of, most of the summer, the market had been ripping higher.
14:52
We had been seeing high beta names outperforming, yet Bitcoin for most of the summer into the fall was unable to meaningfully go higher.
15:01
This is, uh, at a time when anything speculative had been exploding.
15:06
So that to me was already a bad sign in sentiment.
15:09
Then once we break to highs and failed so hard, and then go all the way down to here, that to me was, oh my God, this is, at least, at least in the short and medium term, that's just the death knell for Bitcoin.

Mm-hmm.
