Lakeside Shopping Center

Retail does very well in Louisiana.

So let's start with the tourism component because we definitely talk to Lakeside Mall a lot and they're doing really well and they do their, they're always bringing in new tenants and things.

But Riverwalk is very different because of the location there.

And so we do talk a lot from our ports perspective that our ports are doing really well, that we've got cruise ships coming in there all the time.
