A native of Lakeland, Florida, Abray is a graduate of American University, the Washington College of Law, and the University of Florida.

She has worked at numerous civil rights entities, including the ACLU, the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, the Obama Administration, and she serves on the Board of Trustees for Earth Justice.

She has received numerous awards and recognitions for this work, including being named to Time Magazine's 2026 The Closers list of Black leaders working towards greater equality.

I mean, Venice.

You know, Venice went up and beat Lakeland last week, and then Venice has, uh, Jacksonville Raines next week, so they would be one of those teams.

You know, up in Gainesville, they have, uh, Buchholz High School, where Lamar Thomas went.

They may not lose, so they may definitely be, be in it.

I mean, as long as Heritage is li- alive and breathing, 'cause they have to go up to Trinity Christian, uh, uh, tomorrow to play, uh, who's really good up in Jacksonville.

And then, oh, by the way, they stay on the road and play Lakeland the next week.

Hell yeah.

And when I looked up this woman, I found April Grace, born in Lakeland, Florida.

Really? Wow.

It's funny that you brought up Freethought in Florida earlier because anybody who's been following us since Sarah Talk and Freethought in Florida knows that I started an atheist nonprofit in Polk County, which is where Lakeland is.

Mm-hmm.

Spend a lot of time working in Lakeland, feeding unsheltered folks and cleaning up roads and collecting supplies for schools.

And how cool is it to see like, oh, there's some I know I know where that's at.

Yeah.

The central Florida area where we are now is continuing to grow.

Lakeland is one of the top 10 places in the nation that people are moving to.

So if you're selling, there's still some good opportunities there.

Here's what I would tell you, that the pricing is more important than ever than it has been in the market in the last several years.

And guess what? Wouldn't have been sitting like that.

So what is the market looking like these days? And I can tell you specifically where we are today in the market here.

I'm going to call it in Lakeland, Florida, which is the largest city in Polk County.

But yeah, Lakeland's old enough that I hadn't read about in a long time.

I understand everything you say more than you could even know.

Like, I feel like you just described me because there are times I'll be scrolling for like an hour or two trying to find something.

And in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at Mercy Hill Church, same days, October 12th and 13th.

And then just down the road from us, a couple hours in Lakeland at the King's Church on October 19th and 20th.

So there are going to be main sessions with speakers, preachers.

There'll be breakouts, all that kind of stuff.
