Lake Tawakoni

Um, you know, uh, vocalizations, uh, hearing things, uh, you know.

Uh, but i- actually, after the first public meeting of the group where we, uh, you know, new people got involved, including Bob Dominguez, um, Gino Napoli, um, you know, several people, that we went out east, I mean, west of Lake Tawakoni between Greenville and, um, Terrell.

And like I said, that video that we were talking about that's gonna be d- shown and discussed at the conference was filmed in that area near Greenville.

But we hiked along a creek, uh, towards Lake Tawakoni, about three miles.

And it was on, I know because the first meeting we held at my house was on January 13th, 2001.

This meet- this outing was on January 27th, 2001, and it was two weeks to the day after that meeting.

You know, we had all sorts of stuff happen that night.

There was a time we were down, um, around a place called Lake Tawakoni in Texas.

If anybody from Texas is listening, you might know where that's at.

And we had gone to a location where, uh, we're on a road.

It was just delightful.

Well, half of Lake Tawakoni is in Hunt County.

I've never even seen the Dallas Karting Complex.

I've never even been to Lake Tawakoni.

Yeah, but I've been out there many a time.

It's a massive trout.

What year was it? Sorry, Gary, but it's probably even bigger than the carp you caught at Tawakoni last week.
