Lake Conroe

For sure.

Lake Conroe, they dredged, right? They dredged all these canals out and then they plopped that caliche and that mud off on the lake on top of the bank and built houses on top of it.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense.

And it's every one of them, you know, you all around the, it's the east side of Lake Conroe.

No, it's west side of Lake Conroe, all around the west side of Lake Conroe.

There's, 500 to million dollar homes.

And they're all just-

As always, the regulatory environment for ambulatory surgery centers continues to shift and evolve.

Do you have anything like that, William? Any place you go? Or I guess you could go to a person for refuge too.

So we have a house that's about 45 minutes north of Houston on Lake Conroe.

My fiance and I, or I will go up and Granted, I have the full office set up up there.

All I have to do is bring my laptop.

I didn't learn this.

I had a guide customer show me this on Lake Conroe in September.

And my fish were fishing.

I was fishing worms down 20, 25 feet.

They got a canopy over here and a trailer, and I don't know exactly what's going on on there.

But, hey, in the paper this morning here, the local paper, Lake Conroe named one of the 15 best lakes in the United States by Miss Sandra Hernandez.

But it's called the Lake Boat Tour Booking Platform Boat Booker.

It says that, yeah, voted in the United States for 2026, man.

Here's what we want.

We want to highlight about a half a dozen places around the country that are great for summer vacations that incorporate family fishing opportunity and then also things for people in the family who don't like to fish to do as well, sightseeing and points of interest and whatnot.

And I pitched Lake Conroe because it was a crazy good catfish lake and still is back then.

And everybody else pitched their stuff, whatever.

That's what I'm worried about.

Going to Lake Conroe, going

to someone's lake house.

The next thing you know, you're sitting down on the toilet and you're like, there's a snake in there.

I've said it multiple times, but Drew Gill got behind me.

We was at Lake Conroe, and we're just scoping up the channel of this creek, and he's literally 100 yards behind me in my boat weight.

He didn't do nothing wrong.

He got behind me, and I'm throwing at him.
