There's a ramp at Lake Anna at the cove and they had it roped off because past the cement, it just drops off.

So apparently they had someone with a boat that backed in and couldn't get out because that trailer just dropped.

You went to the NVKBA Classic at Lake Anna.

How was that event?

So maybe once I kind of figure out how well it's working, maybe I'll bring that on to the podcast and talk about that approach that I'm using.

I also spent the weekend at Lake Anna at the Pleasance Landing Triathlon by Kinetic Multisports.

I had an athlete that was racing there, and it was the last race of their season, and it was the last race on the race day coaching tour that I was doing this summer.

It was a fantastic day.

I mean, the biggest surprise to me was looking at the Lake Anna secondary vacation market.

It is the market that fails the most.

You know, people, they've gotten into second homes, third homes, and they need to sell them because their discretionary money is running out.
