He played at LaSalle.

LaSalle Academy.

Oh.

Which, by the way, was the hated rival of the high school I went to, the East Providence Townies.

She was in a program for children of incarcerated parents called RISE.

And so she was at LaSalle Academy.

And she had never had anyone in her family who had gone to college.

And her goal was she wanted a mentor that could help walk her through that process.
