So, As you said, a lot of different countries, a lot of different posts, a lot of different roles that those post offices are actually taking on.

Because if you take as an example, like Italy's post and La Poste in France, they would probably have similar roles because of how similar those countries are.

But then you take a look at countries that are underserved in terms of digital because they just have a different level of digitalization, like countries in Africa, like Uganda, for example, who are actually very developed nonetheless, but still.

And...

So the post office is not hosting the service.

It is making the service available to others.

You also mentioned France, where La Poste hosts the government's France Services Network, mainly in rural areas, giving access to services from 12 public institutions in one place.

And the program's promise was essential public services within 20 minutes of home.

And the manifesto also stated that foreigners who were wanting to move to France would have to prove that they are, quote, "...holders of an insurance contract covering their health expenses because they cannot constitute a cost for the social protection system and the public finances." but it's really in the areas of jobs that these restrictions are the most striking.

And that manifesto from 2022 said that, "...the access of foreigners to any public or private employment, to the exercise of certain professions, economic or associative activities, professional or trade union representation, is determined by law, and the law sets the conditions and areas in which national priority may be applied." So, I mean, that would remove, for example, the right of legal residents of France who are not French citizens to work for organizations like La Poste, EDFs, SNCF, businesses in sort of social or healthcare sectors.

And it also excludes non-French citizens from joining a trade union.

And I mean, the minute any politician starts talking about restricting your right to join a union, that is a glaring warning sign that they intend to screw you over.

Et en fait, ils arrivent en France et ils se rendent compte qu'en fait pas du tout.

En fait, on les fait travailler dans des trucs euh, ben très basiques euh, tels que La Poste, faire le ménage, etc.

Et ils se rendent compte que on leur a, on leur a promis des, des possibilités de, de promotion, etc.
