In 2018, Max Bennett passed away at the age of 90 from complications related to Alzheimer's disease.

A legendary jazz and studio session bassist known for being part of the jazz fusion group L.A. Express, worked on a bunch of pop hits as a member of Los Angeles' famed studio group, The Wrecking Crew.

John Seery Sr. passed away in 2003 at the age of 88 after a short illness.

He was a highly versatile American concert accordionist, composer, and educator who was famous for his regular live broadcasts on CBS radio and television during the golden age of radio.

He could do this.

Steve Young coming out of BYU, going over first to the LA Express in the USFL.

Came to the league for a few years in Tampa and even towards early 6-7 seasons in the 49ers.
