Now, that i- just so a, a point of reference, if you're doing a drone video or you're looking at the or- aerial, Calder Stadium, which is Menasha, City of Menasha, or the Menasha School District high school football stadium that was very impacted by this storm, Calder Stadium is right there.

Uh, they had to be less than a quarter mile from the path of that storm in their truck sitting at Kwik Trip.

Uh, that was one of our own captains firsthand.

Well, the nice thing too now, especially, you know, if you go to a, a Kwik Trip or something like that-

Building organizational capacity on omegas as if they were deltas is an error that tends to reveal itself at exactly the moment when the delta reliability is most needed.

Compare a restaurant like Culver's or a convenience store chain like Kwik Trip, places that cultivate as a matter of course deltas and pay a premium in wages for their troubles, to a fast feeder like Burger King or a gas station like 7-Eleven, operations that grind through minimum wage omegas to understand the difference.

Being cheap can be quite costly in performance.

I remarked in some detail about the gamma's inability to lead, but the incapacity for being led deserves attention as well because it's the one that creates friction in settings where the gamma isn't in a leadership role.
