Well, why don't we leave dining behind and jump into entertainment and sports news?

Well, in our first story in that segment, Fox 5 Vegas reports that John Mayer at the Sphere, John Mayer, well, because he had to say his name twice in the same title line, will perform on six dates in April featuring solo, full band, and John Mayer Trio formats.

Tickets start at $129 and go on sale to the p- general public starting Friday, October 9th through Ticketmaster.

Um, so John, let's assume that in addition to the $129, the Ticketmaster fees aren't the size of your mortgage.

Here in Las Vegas right now, Sam.

I was a guest on Silver State Sports and Entertainment Network, one of our great affiliates yesterday, and Fox 5 here in Las Vegas to talk about the Raiders after their latest win at 3-0.

And here's the thing about the Raiders.

I'm not crowning them.

It's already understanding the flow of traffic and where that, that vehicle is coming into.

Waymo spokesperson Mark Lewis speaking with Fox 5 Las Vegas.

The expansion follows a software update after Waymo temporarily recalled thousands of robotaxis for driving into construction zones.

Fox's Christian Goodwin.

So what does that have to do with the price of tea in China? She has a lot of union support, and maybe that has to do with her prior calling as police chief in Henderson.

After she let, was let go at, as the police chief, she sat down with FOX 5's Tom Durian to discuss her mayoral campaign and its priorities.

Chadwick served 22 and a half years with the Henderson Police Department before her termination last year.

So these are the sources that told FOX 5 that the city leadership provided her an ultimatum.

She would either be fired with cause or resign with a hefty settlement with no clear cause.

Oh, that means they had no cause? No.

So now they just let the spirits do their thing, leave the ghosts, take the cannoli.

Now Carluccio's has sadly shut down.

I guess the ghosts weren't enough to keep the place open.

He was opposed to it previously, but now is saying the neighborhood needs a united voice to interact with the city to build a sustainable future for their arts district as it's grown in its offering, specifically noting the offerings on Main Street and the strained construction on Charleston has put on business owners.

While Cherry said that a majority of owners support the petition, reporting from Fox 5 notes that it's actually a divisive issue in the neighborhood, focusing on that tax that it would place on mom and pop owners or property owners and trickle down to mom and pop owners.

So to my understanding, that tax would be placed on property owners, which could lead to a rise in rents for those business owners who don't own their property.

And that puts them at risk of being priced out of that neighborhood.

it's...

The

Fox 5 article said Starbucks.

Starbucks.

forever, it seems like.

Fox 5 News.

Yeah.

So what got you out here? I think I remember you from California.

And when they did that, I went from full time to freelance.

So I didn't know when my next check was coming.

And then I had a call from somebody here at Fox 5, a friend of mine who said, we have an opening for the morning show.

and literally looking at the ocean in Manhattan Beach where I was living.

And like honestly, as every new team has come to town, the fan base that's followed it has become uniquely Vegas.

So today here on City Cast Las Vegas, you guys just heard them, we're joined by Fox 5 sports reporter Mariah Janos, and local filmmaker and sports aficionado Jason Harris, to dive into the many iterations of the Vegas sports fan, and explain why Vegas is a great place for non-sports fans as well to get in on the fun and enjoy all the sports offerings that Vegas has to offer.

[upbeat music] And we'll also dive into why everyone in Las Vegas should be paying attention to the UNLV football team as well.
