So I'm here, and everybody else is out of the office right now, so I'm here with a couple of people who are normally behind the scenes at KORS, and the occasion for this show is this week is the lead-up to...

KYRS's second like twice yearly fundraising drive that they do and it starts next weekend so we wanted to talk a little bit about the history of KYRS and then we wanted to talk more broadly about independent media and why that is important in our democracy and so I want to welcome KYRS program manager slash interim station director.

Is that the right title? Yeah, director,

manager.

Whatever you want to call me.

Jack of all trades at the top of the way that KYRS runs.
