Yeah, yeah.

Look, I, I, uh, this, I'm looking at a KUER article, and they've talked to a developer and, and- He's recognizing, look, he bought his first home, uh, he sold his first home, which was a, he called it a bungalow.

He sold it for about 135,000 in the 2000s, and he said if he tells a college student today that he has starter homes for 420,000, they think he's crazy.

Yeah.

Uh, okay, I got one here.

It's, uh, you know, it's a little bit biased, but I wanted to shout out KUER's new Morning Edition host, who is my friend, Roger McDonough.

He is an absolute legend on public radio, and, you know, actually, he mentored me early on in my career.

Oh, that's nice.

And I think that y- there's a lot of overlap, I assume, between this audience-

... and KUER's audience.

Yeah.

Utah Valley University has released a report on the assassination of Charlie Kirk, showing lapses in security plans.

Caroline Ballard of member station KUER reports the conservative activist was shot and killed on the school's campus last September.

The one hundred fifty-seven-page report by an independent investigator concluded that no one at UVU acted in bad faith or with willful disregard to others' safety.

But while the university does have safety policies in place, the report found some of them were, quote, "significantly inconsistent." The school did not complete a formal security assessment or have an event action plan, and it deferred critical decisions to Kirk's organization, Turning Point USA, including the choice to hold the event outdoors.

Mm-hmm.

And this article that's by KUER, which is an NPR Utah station, is basically about women, younger women saying like, hey, hold up, hold up.

Maybe that's not right for me anymore.

Like maybe I want to wait to have children.
