Hello, thank you so much.

That would have meant a lot because here you are, across the net from Kooyong, the famous Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club, and you get one back from last year.

Even more special?

Yeah, it was an incredibly special moment.

I mean, Kooyong have been the benchmark team to beat since State Grade returned in 2023.

So to be a part of the team that finally beat them in the grand final, I think that's something that all us girls are really proud of.

Give us a little snapshot of the day and how it all played out.

It was at a hiatus for a number of years, but state grade permanently now on the calendar here in Victoria.

You'll remember this quite, uh, like i- it was vision that went around the world, of the dogs.

This, this, uh, uh, offender attacked or, or tried to attack a number of women, um, when they were walking along Gardiners Creek in Kooyong last month.

Well, there's been a development, and this is what it is: a 13-year-old boy has been arrested following an extensive investig- in- investigation into the alleged attempted sexual assault in Kooyong last month.

They say the victim's dogs chased the alleged offender away during the incident.

Over the past five weeks, detectives have pursued multiple lines of inquiry, including information provided by members of the public.

Linda, Linda is the victim of that a- alleged, uh, well, attempted sexual assault along Gardiners Creek in Kooyong.

And how does it do it? When you look at how all these shocks manifest themselves on the floor of the parliament in that result, you've got a lot of migrant electorates moving to Labor.

Now, these migrant electorates have been lifetime Liberal seats like a, like a Kooyong, well, like Higgins in, in Melbourne where I grew up.

Uh, Bennelong did go once to Labor when John Howard lost his seat in 2007.

Now, both these electorates have very, very large Chinese communities.
