Knoxville Marathon

So let's get into a little background of my marathons through the years, and then we will break down specifically my very top tips and tricks to help you trim time off of your race time as well.

So my first marathon was supposed to be the 2020 Knoxville Marathon, and we all remember 2020.

We were in the midst of a global pandemic.

This race is normally in April, so it originally got postponed to the fall, I think October, November of 2020.

I was super, super nervous.

I had no idea if I would be able to do it, so I actually selected a 30K to train for and run prior to really fully committing to myself that I was going to do the marathon.

And of course, that one also ended up going virtual, as did the Knoxville Marathon.

We'll get into that.
