Knowth

And there you have, you have, um, Brú na Bóinne, which is an area where you have a lot of megalithic tombs, you know, about 5,000, 5,500 years old, from 3,000 years old, 5,000, 3,000, 300 years old.

Um, you have Knowth, you have Dowth, and Newgrange, and they're the three most, uh, famous ones there.

And Newgrange is probably the best known in Ireland.

It's not too well known internationally, but it's about 5,000... well, it started about 5,500 years ago to, to build it and finished maybe 5,300 years ago.

I don't have any up, but, um, they, they seem like someone know- knows the connection or knew about it.

Um, so you have that hand and you see that symbol, and that's literally following a path, isn't it? A hand reaching, taking you to the sunlight, which is essentially what the line is.

And here is curb stone f- K15 at Knowth, which is the other tomb.

And you can see it reaches across.

But in the Western culture, there's these cardiovascular tonics that we see, like blueberries and hawthorn berries.

But, um, the story I wanna tell, and the reason I put this, these are the fairy hills of Knowth in the Burna Boyne, in the Boyne Valley in Ireland, right? There's this amazing story that I just love about where medicinal plants came from originally.

And Susan told us the sort of story from this hemisphere and from this continent, the native story of how the plants got together and, and ginseng, you know, at their head, um, decided that they wanted to help out the poor humans.

But the story in Ireland, as is often the case with Irish myths, is much more macabre and violent, right? Um, so the, the Tuatha De Danann, these shining like fairy folk who came maybe from the Mediterranean basin up and into the Irish island, um, the Fir Bolg were ruling Ireland at the time, and they're reported to be like short, hairy, combative, right? And they owned Ireland at the time.
